Nobody opens a Pilates studio or a music school because they have a deep-seated passion for chasing down missing signatures. You’re here to change lives, not to spend your Tuesday afternoon wondering if your newest client ever actually signed that childcare waiver. Unfortunately, the “boring” stuff like liability and compliance are not only what keeps your doors open, but also part of the foundation of trust you build with your community. While Pike13 has always been a reliable way to manage these documents, we’ve found a few ways to make this process feel lighter, and to ensure you or your staff don’t have to chase signatures any longer.
We’re excited to share these new upgrades to the Pike13 document suite to get the paperwork out of your mental clutter and back into the digital shadows; keeping your business moving – and protected.
For a long time, digital documents in Pike13 were primarily client-facing. But as your team grows, so does your paperwork. Whether you’re a solo studio or a large franchise, internal compliance shouldn't live in a separate filing cabinet.
You can now request digital signatures from your staff members directly through their Pike13 Staff Accounts. This keeps employee handbooks, staff policies, and internal agreements centralized right alongside your client data. No more overflowing filing cabinets or third party e-signature apps.
We’ve all seen it: a business merges three different documents into one giant, 10-page PDF just to ensure the client signs everything at once. It feels clunky for you and is overwhelming for them.
Pike13 now supports Multi-Document Signature Requests. Instead of merging files or sending three separate emails, you can now select multiple separate documents and send them to a person in a single request. They get one clear notification, and you get neatly organized, individual records for every agreement they’ve signed.
Managing your document library is straightforward, but using these strategic "short-cuts" will save you time and help your business function more smoothly.
If you need a fresh signature from everyone, the best practice is to delete the old waiver and create a New one. Simply editing the text to update it won’t prompt existing clients to re-sign. By creating a new document, it resets the "signed" status across your entire client list, ensuring that the next time they walk through your door, they are prompted to get up-to-date and fully covered.
