In response to COVID-19 policies that are temporarily closing our customers’ facilities around the world, Pike13 will be rolling out new features and enhancements over the next several days and weeks that are specifically designed to ease the burden of running classes online.
Enhanced Visibility of Notes to Clients
Notes are now exposed in more places for the client through pre- and post-enrollment, making it easier for you to share links to virtual hangouts to host your classes.
Website Notes for classes and courses offer the most exposure. Clients do not need to be enrolled to see them. In our latest update, website notes are now shown in several more places to help ensure your message is seen.
Website Notes are now seen by clients in the following events:
- Sent as a note notification to all clients currently on the roster
- Shown on the Client Mode Schedule Pop up
- Shown on the Enrollment confirmation page
- Shown on the Enrollment Confirmation Email
- Shown on the Upcoming Visit details page
- Shown on the Visit Reminder Email
As a reminder, Public Notes for classes, appointments and courses aren’t shown to clients until after they enroll:
- Sent as a note notification to all clients currently on the roster
- Shown on the Enrollment Confirmation Email
- Shown on the Upcoming Visit details page
- Shown on the Visit Reminder Email
Use the Website Notes feature to reassure clients that a virtual class is available before they sign up. And once the client is enrolled, you can post the link to your class on a Public Note to make it easy for your clients to find at the start of class.
More details on the Notes feature in Pike13 are available in the Pike13 Help Center.
