Every so often Front Desk comes across a cause that we strongly believe in and Lift Up Autism is one of these.

Autism is the fastest-growing developmental disability affecting 1 in 68 children. Over the past ten years,the diagnosis of Autism has increased 78% in the United States. Think about it, odds are someone you know is affected by Autism.

We’re proud to support Lift Up Autism alongside our partners at TrainHeroic and would be honored for you to join us in our efforts to increase Autism awareness!

What is it? A global event promoting supporting awareness of Autism. Funds going toward the Autism Tree Project Foundation

How can you take part? All we ask is for you to simply encourage your gym to take part in a 5-minute workout
