New Pike13 improvements launch today! January is the month of usability. That means new functionality to make working with your business easier for you, your staff, and your clients.

What’s improved?

Pro_tip.jpgGroup Rates – Allows clients to sell group plans directly to their customers, allowing two or more people to share a pass or receive a discounted rate for multiple members. Perfect for creating sibling discounts or family plans.

Capacity Filtering – Staff can now filter classes by capacity to determine when they are overbooked, full or have availability. When customers call in, your staff can more efficiently find the right class with space and get them booked. It also makes it easier to understand staffing needs and when schedule adjustments or new classes are required. All to ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.filter-capacity.png

Improved Roster and Schedule Management - When mobile devices aren’t handy, staff can quickly print rosters and class schedules to ensure they always have a handle on day-to-day activities. This small improvement is just one of features we’ll see over the coming months because of the Pike13 Hack Day.
