Back on the bench: Rhodes Music School Case Study

Screen-Shot-2014-03-25-at-10.34.58-AM

For more than 10 years David Rhodes gave piano lessons from his home, and then he started his very own Rhodes School of Music. Having to manage his staff, clients, and all the issues that come with it, David found himself spending more time in a desk chair and less on a piano bench.

He played with different solutions to help with back office issues, but nothing solved his biggest pain point: family accounts for parents to manage their kids’ schedules and payments. That kept him in his desk chair until he learned about Pike13.

My initial reaction to Pike13 was that ...the layout is more modern and in line with the web pages people, including my clients, are used to working with. I knew ... the process for training my teachers and getting my clients set up would be a cinch.

—David Rhodes

He wasn’t disappointed. Find out how Pike13 helped David get back on the bench.
