His disability made finding another job, well, a tough job. But for a can-do guy like Miguel, not too tough. Miguel discovered that the box where he worked out needed some help, he told the owner he could pitch in. [Barrio 12 CrossFit](http://www.barrio12crossfit.com/) owner Jose Mendizabal brought him on the team right away. His first assignment: find software for managing the gym. A rapidly growing clientele, Jose’s aversion to computers, and Miguel’s disability made for a pretty tall order—the new software had to address many needs.
