Music education provider School of Rock has 160 locations and over 10,000 students worldwide. The rapid success of the company meant they needed a comprehensive, streamlined operation to keep everything rolling as their business grew. Priorto using Pike13, each location was running on enterprise business management software, which although powerful, was overly-complicated and ultimately not a great fit for the company’s needs.

With dozens more franchises lined up to open in the next year, School of Rock franchise management knew their unreliable and unwieldy platform was not going to be a long-term solution. They were on the hunt for an alternative solution that their former rockstars employees and parents didn’t have to spend hours learning, but was still powerful enough to run an expanding franchise.
