Well, you've got to understand your product's (or service's) quality.
What is the value you provide your customer?
You understand your customer, right? If you need help with that, go read our blog "Get your customers and Keep them", it’ll help you build a profile of your customer.
Your customer profile should include information such as what they enjoy, what they dislike, how they find you, etc. Once you understand your customer, you need to make sure you continue to provide a quality service/product that engages them and brings value.
If they don’t see the value, they won’t walk in your door and they certainly won’t be back for more.
Think about that customer you profiled, and ask these questions:
- What is the problem you solve for them?
- What is the experience they look for when they seek you out?
- What are the most common objections to your product/service?
This is a critical step in making the right decisions around your marketing to customers.
