Pike13 on the move: Spring events and activities

With spring comes an uptick in activity for many folks as they shake off the doldrums of winter, spend more time outdoors, and get serious about getting active. Here at Pike13 we’re no exception! In addition to soaking up more vitamin D while running around Greenlake, biking with our families along Alki, and hiking Rattlesnake Ridge, we’re also heading out to some fun events where we’ll meet up with customers and see friends both old and new.

Upcoming events

April 24–May 1 Marketing United Conference, Nashville TN. Our friends at Emma are hosting their first-ever conference, and we couldn’t be more excited. Many of our customers use our integration with Emma to connect with their customers via email, so it will be great to meet some Emma users in person. Our CEO Jon Zimmerman will moderate a panel on how the personal services industry can use email marketing, and he’ll be joined by the rock stars from School of Rock and a host of other awesome folks talking about how they use email marketing to help manage and grow their personal services-based businesses. We’ll also be sponsoring a short run led by a trainer from Fleet Feet Nashville Friday morning before the conference starts, so if you’re going to the conference remember to pack your sneakers!

May 4–6 Collision Conference, Las Vegas, NV. The following weekend we’ll be back on the West coast for the Collision conference where Pike13 was chosen to be one of 100 companies (out of 500+ other exhibiting startups!) to participate in Collision’s START program. Jon Zimmerman will be there, too, to meet fellow startup folks, demo the product, and enjoy hanging out with Paddy Cosgrave’s merry band of conference makers.

July 22–26 Crossfit Games, Los Angeles, CA. Once summer is in full swing, we’ll be checking out the competition at the CrossFit Games. This one is near and dear to our hearts since Pike13 founders originally met swinging kettlebells and doing Olympic lifts.
