It's been a busy Fall for the Front Desk team! We've been releasing a bunch of product improvements to make your Front Desk experience better.


It's been a busy Fall for the Pike13 team! In addition to eating lots of Halloween candy and enjoying the Seattle rain, we've been releasing a bunch of product improvements to make your Pike13 experience better.

24 Hour Class Notifications

Make sure your clients never forget about a class they've enrolled in. Pike13 now sends a notification to your clients 24 hours before the class starts. You can modify these notifications in your Service Registration settings. Learn more about setting up Pike13 to notify you about your business.

New Reporting APIs

Do you want a custom report or dashboard for your business? The API that we use to build reports in Pike13 is now publicly available to developers. Our new reporting API also speeds up all of the reports in New Reporting, including:

  • Invoices
  • Invoice Items
  • Transactions
  • Payroll
  • Clients
  • Visits
  • Enrollments
