Christopher Oakley and Henry Wheaton ran away to the circus (AKA New England Center for Circus Arts). But they never dreamed that their acrobatic escapades would transform into a thriving business.
After becoming full-fledged circus professionals, Henry and Chris returned to their hometown of Easthampton, Massachusetts. With not a big top in sight, they decided it was time to bring a little color to their small town. And SHOW Circus Studio was born.
Admittedly, the venture began as a place for Henry and Chris to practice, but interest spread quickly. SHOW’s rapid growth revealed the crippling bottleneck caused by their old business management software. Spending too much time trying to figure out the software, constantly assisting clients and staff complete what should have been simple tasks, and doing an unnecessary amount of admin work pushed Chris and Henry over the edge.
