Product Features Update: Q4 2018
The development team has been busy enhancing your Pike13 platform's functionality. Let’s review what’s new with your Pike13 and how you may find it useful moving forward. 
 
Document Provider Update
Pike13 customers will now be able to put their own logo on any waivers. Also, any signed waivers will seamlessly be stored within the client profile within the Pike13 platform.  Another great feature is the built in signature block that also confirms if the signer is over 18 years of age.
 
Reporting Changes
Clients have expressed a desire to view credit card information for clients within the transaction report. Now when viewing the transaction report you will be able to view the last 4 digits of the credit card number on file along with the expiration date of that card. If you are ever contacted by your merchant processor regarding a dispute/chargeback on something they were charged for, you will be able to quickly search for the last 4 of their card number to locate the disputed charge.
 
We have also added payer contact information in the financial reports, which will offer quick visibility when contacting delinquent accounts.
