3. What’s your hometown? Edmonds, WA

4. Your favorite app (other than Pike13)? Uber

5. How did you come to work at Pike13? Learned of it when Jon and Charlie came to buy the furniture from my last startup

6. What do you do for Pike13? Head up Customer Operations

7. What would you do if you weren't working at Pike13? Nap

8. How did you get to be the embodiment of customer love? I was fortunate to receive robust customer service training as a teenager with Arby’s (Employee of the Month) and Restaurants Unlimited, Inc, where I learned the customer is always right and how to deliver a great experience in all situations.

9. Favorite place you’ve lived? Milan, Italy

10. Favorite sports team? Seahawks, of course

11. If we came to your house for dinner, what would you prepare for us? Manhattans (I don’t cook)

12. What superhero would you be and why? Speed Racer seemed like a superhero when I was a kid: he was fearless and courageous and had a cool car. It’s why I have my Fiat Abarth.

13. What’s your spirit animal? Buffalo. It’s all about appreciating abundance.

14. What time did you get up this morning? 4:52, well, 5 because I snooze for 8 minutes

15. Favorite TV show? House of Cards. Being a Chief of Staff at Microsoft was very different.

17. Favorite item(s) of clothing? Paul Smith socks—I have 54 pairs and just ordered 10 more

18. What color is your bathroom? Striped, like my Paul Smith socks

19. Your hobby? CrossFit

20. Your favorite candy? Woodinville Rye, tastes like candy

22. What’s a date on the calendar you’re looking forward to? March 21st—Spring Equinox

25. How do you take your coffee/tea? Black

26. Sweet or salty? Salty

27. Favorite museum? The Met in NYC, especially the rooftop garden overlooking Central Park

28. All-time favorite movie? Why? Christmas Vacation—it’s priceless

29. Your favorite recipe? 2 oz Tequila, 5 barspoons of sweet vermouth, a spoonful of brandied cherries, and a dash of bitters. Rye Bourbon works well, too.

30. Toilet paper: under or over? Under, otherwise my cats have a heyday
