How did you get to be the embodiment of customer love? I was fortunate to receive robust customer service training as a teenager with Arby’s (Employee of the Month) and Restaurants Unlimited, Inc, where I learned the customer is always right and how to deliver a great experience in all situations.

What superhero would you be and why? Speed Racer seemed like a superhero when I was a kid: he was fearless and courageous and had a cool car. It’s why I have my Fiat Abarth.
