On Wednesday I highlighted the ways in which Pike13 can help you run a paperless business. From electronic receipts, online notes in client profiles and on rosters, to digital documents via our integration with Smartwaiver. Today we'll dig a bit deeper and look at the three types of documents you can create in Pike13: waiver, guardian waiver, and miscellaneous documents.
Waiver
There are a number of alerts for both clients and staff regarding waivers. Clients will be alerted of their need to sign prior to their upcoming visit (and the waiver will be emailed to them 24 hours before the visit if they haven’t yet signed).
The Today page alerts staff of anyone scheduled for a visit today who hasn’t yet signed the waiver. You can choose to collect the signature in person or email it for signature. There’s also an alert on the class roster or appointment next to the name of anyone who hasn’t yet signed. Signatures can be collected directly from the roster.
Guardian waiver
The guardian waiver is for participants under the age of 18. Instead of collecting the signature of the participant, it requires the signature of the participant’s parent or guardian.
Miscellaneous documents
While you can create just one waiver and one guardian waiver, you can create any number of miscellaneous documents. Miscellaneous documents are commonly used for membership agreements, assessment forms, or other documents specific to certain services a business might offer. Just like the waiver, miscellaneous documents can be signed in person or sent by email for signature.
Custom client fields can be used to push specific data to your documents, letting you customize your documents according to your business’s needs.
