We continue to build features and refine Pike13 to be easier for your clients, your staff and you. We've added a new Appointment Widget and refined a set of payment alerts. The new Appointment Widget makes it easier for your customers to manage their needs and schedule and the refined payment alerts help your staff better understand what they need to do and take action.
Appointment Widget
The new widget allows your clients to book appointments directly from your website. Customize the widget by location, service or even staff member. This widget enhances our suite of embeddable widgets, pairing well with the schedule and staff widgets that are part of the Pro Plan.
With a wide array of set ups for your widgets you can add them to multiple places on your website, like on your staff profiles or alongside explanations of your services. Read more.
Payment Alerts
These alerts appear on the roster or client profile, alerting for when an invoice is due soon, due today, or overdue. These alerts simplify and clarify the payment status, giving your staff the opportunity to engage with your client and solve issues in a more timely manner.
The payment alerts are especially helpful when you have manual payments, since your clients cannot resolve this on their own. Like other alerts, you can filter the roster to only those with that specific alert. Read more about this change.
