Client and staff profiles are getting a makeover


Pike13 is still young, but some of its older parts deserve a little extra attention now and then. Or even a makeover.

It’s become clear that the customer profile page, one of the oldest parts of the Pike13 interface, is really important to businesses and is overdue for a redesign.

Next week you’ll see the results of this latest makeover in redesigned staff and client profiles in your Pike13 business. Because these profiles are so important, we want you to get a sneak peek first.

Our goals with this redesign are to make it easier for clients and staff to:

  • Easily find their profiles.
  • See the upcoming schedule, important notices and alerts, and passes and plans for themselves and their dependents.
  • Reduce or remove the need to impersonate or "work on behalf" of dependents.

New client dashboard

Clients have their own "dashboard" that appears automatically when they sign in.

The dashboard gives clients a quick view that makes it easy to see any important alerts or notices, upcoming schedule, and active passes and plans.

Dependent information appears on an account manager's dashboard, too, showing any dependents’ active passes and plans, upcoming schedule, and alerts. Clients with dependents no longer have to "work on behalf of" their dependents.

Including this information on the account manager's dashboard makes it easier to manage dependents for you, too. You can do it all in one place.

Additional information is now available to staff members when looking at a client's profile, clearly showing:

  • Unpaid visits and bills
  • Signature requests for dependents
  • Pending purchase requests

Clearer navigation

We’ve consolidated the navigation for clients on the right. That’s where clients can do common tasks, like updating your profile, managing passes and plans, and managing forms of payment.

That's also where clients can review historical items, like visits, bills, notes, and photos.

Client relationships and advanced actions, like merging clients and importing passes and plans, appear near the bottom of the menu.

On their mobile devices, clients can find this menu on any page by tapping their photo on your Pike13 website.

Quick actions

A new row of "quick actions" appears below the profile photo on both staff and client profiles. These buttons give you easy access to the things you most commonly do.

Client profile quick actions:

  • Book an appointment (if your business offers appointments).
  • Sell a pass, a plan, or merchandise.
  • Take or upload a new photo.
  • Add a new public or private note.

Staff profile quick actions:

  • Take or upload a new photo.
  • Add a new public or private note.
  • Add a payroll item.
  • See what clients see.

On a mobile device, access quick actions by tapping the menu button on the right side of the toolbar.

Better staff member schedules

Staff members’ schedules appear on the staff member dashboard and work just like the main schedule.

Our goal is always to make it easier, clearer, and faster for you and your clients to do what you need to in Pike13.
