Earlier this year, two School of Rock franchisees piloted Pike13. They liked that Pike13 made it easier for staff to manage their schedules and helped general managers supervise their staff. Another pleasant surprise was additional revenue from client fees that hadn’t been collected by their previous solution.
In addition to streamlined administration, the franchisees also found that Pike13 simplified parents’ lives by making it easier to manage their children’s accounts and schedules. Following the successful pilot at School of Rock’s Seattle and Bellevue locations, Pike13 will roll out worldwide by 2015. Headquartered in Chicago, School of Rock is a rapidly growing franchise with more than 130 locations worldwide.
