April has been our busiest month yet and we're happy to bring you really great new features to help manage your business.
Prorating and membership modifications
We've made some big improvements to membership modifications during checkout. It's now easier to add discounts, change the start date, billing date, and visit restrictions on a membership.
Changing the billing date automatically prorates the first membership payment:
Prorating, delaying the start date, and discounts can be combined and Pike13 will do the math for you:
Membership holds
Staff members can now place a client's membership on hold for a specific time period, or indefinitely Putting a membership on hold will stop automatic billing for the duration of the hold.
Memberships holds can also have an optional hold fee, charged at the time of the hold:
Faster everything
Moving as fast as you is really important to us. This month we made Pike13 a lot faster. You'll notice a 2-5x speed improvement when using Pike13, even on your mobile devices.
New pricing
For businesses making less than $10,000 per month, Pike13 costs just 1% of monthly revenue (with a $20 minimum). Here are a few examples:
- For a business making $2,000 per month, Pike13 costs $20 per month.
- For a business making $10,000, Pike13 costs $100 per month.
- Businesses making more than $10,000 per month pay 1% on the first $10,000, then just .2% on revenue above that. $20,000 in monthly revenue will pay $120 per month, and $50,000 would pay $180 per month.
Everything is included with new pricing!
Digital Documents and Merchant Processing are now included with every plan. No more add-on fees (merchant processing rates still apply). If you're on our old pricing and would like to move to revenue-based pricing, contact help@pike13.com to change your plan.
