Streamlining for strength: JAX case study
Robert and Chrissy Henry opened JAX Strength and Conditioning in Daytona, Florida in 2011. Their gym was complete with CrossFit-style workouts, a weightlifting club, and personal training. Robert, Chrissy and their six employees were managing JAX through a system they cobbled together with multiple solutions. When they heard about Pike13 they were excited to be able to streamline their systems. In May 2013, Robert and Chrissy decided to make the switch over to Pike13.
