Pike13 Software Product Features Update Q3 2019

Last quarter we hinted we had some big developments coming down the pike... pun intended. The Pike13 development team has made some significant changes in added features and improvements in Q3. Let’s review what’s new with your Pike13 and how you may find it useful moving forward. 
 
New features and updates include:
  • Zapier Integration
  • Premium Reporting Powered by Looker
  • Staff App & Kiosk App Now Available in Select Countries
  • Choose Plan to Punch for No Shows/Late Cancel Visits
  • Edit Profile Button added when Signing Waivers
  • Unlink an Email Address from a Client Profile

Zapier Integration

Pike13 is very excited to now offer an integration with Zapier. Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your favorite apps, such as Gmail, Slack, MailChimp, and over 1,800 more. Pike13’s Zapier integration allows you to sync contact, invoice & transaction property fields between two Zapier Apps. 
 
Some of the most prevalent uses for Zapier include automation with your accounting software and capturing lead information.
 

Accounting

Now you will be able to avoid the hours spent on data entry into your accounting software by creating a Zap that connects Pike13 to QuickBooks, Xero, Freshbooks or any other accounting software available on the Zapier App Marketplace. Ways to Use Zapier with Pike13.
 

Lead Generation

There are a variety of marketing CRM’s, landing page lead capture companies as well as forms you can embed on your website. Ultimately, the goal is to capture a lead’s information from them filling out a form and having that lead information end up in Pike13 as a prospective client. With the Zapier integration, you will be able to connect contacts in a CRM as well as send embedded form submissions directly into Pike13. Premium Reporting Powered by Looker

Pike13 has integrated with Looker to bring access to Pike13 customers to one of the most premier business intelligence softwares on the market. There are a variety of visualizations available so that you can choose how you view your data, whether it be a table or chart.

There is a large library of pre-built financial, client & staff dashboards and looks displaying some of the most requested reports we’ve seen from Pike13 customers. 

You will also be able to create custom dashboards specific to your needs. You will be able to drag and drop table columns to view data in a way that makes the most sense for your business.

Premium reporting offers interactive data where you can click on a graph or table line item and drill-down for more details. 

If you have multiple Pike13 businesses, Premium Reporting allows you to view data for all of your businesses at once. Sum up data across multiple businesses or compare your businesses against each other. Learn more about Premium Reporting.

Staff App & Kiosk App Now Available in Select Countries

If your business is located in one of the following countries you now can utilize Pike13's Staff App & Kiosk App. Apps are compatible for both iOs and Android devices.

Other Updates

Now your staff will have the option to choose and/or change which plan to punch for a No Show / Late Cancel visit.
 
When your clients are signing up their children for a membership or class there have been some instances of parents accidentally entering their kids birthday as their own. We've added an Edit Profile Button when signing the waiver to make it easy for a parent to go into their profile and correct the date of birth.
 
Lastly, we now give owners and managers the ability to unlink an email address from a client profile. This can prove beneficial for those clients that create an account with an email containing a typo or changes their email.
