What do you do for Pike13? Head up Customer Operations
What would you do if you weren't working at Pike13? Nap
How did you get to be the embodiment of customer love? I was fortunate to receive robust customer service training as a teenager with Arby’s (Employee of the Month) and Restaurants Unlimited, Inc, where I learned the customer is always right and how to deliver a great experience in all situations.
Favorite place you’ve lived? Milan, Italy
Favorite sports team? Seahawks, of course
If we came to your house for dinner, what would you prepare for us? Manhattans (I don’t cook)
What superhero would you be and why? Speed Racer seemed like a superhero when I was a kid: he was fearless and courageous and had a cool car. It’s why I have my Fiat Abarth.
What’s your spirit animal? Buffalo. It’s all about appreciating abundance.
What time did you get up this morning? 4:52, well, 5 because I snooze for 8 minutes
Favorite TV show? House of Cards. Being a Chief of Staff at Microsoft was very different.

Your favorite recipe? 2 oz Tequila, 5 barspoons of sweet vermouth, a spoonful of brandied cherries, and a dash of bitters. Rye Bourbon works well, too.
