A partnership for success
We’re pleased to announce our partnership with Direct Interactions. Direct Interactions agents have joined the front line of Pike13 customer support, responding to Pike13 business owners’ and staffers’ technical questions and freeing Pike13 account managers to research more complex customer queries. This partnership creates jobs for people from a non-traditional workforce while helping us to better serve our customers.
Direct Interactions is a Seattle-based company that provides employment for individuals who are unable to work in a typical office setting. The agents have a disability, are caring for someone with a disability, or are part of a military family. Typically, Direct Interactions agents are new to the job market or have struggled to maintain jobs over time. CEO Jonas Nicholson explains "We're about using technology to create U.S.-based jobs for people who often have been left out of business or job opportunities," he said.
