Every so often Front Desk comes across a cause that we strongly believe in and [Lift Up Autism](http://www.liftupautism.com/) is one of these.

Autism is the fastest-growing developmental disability affecting 1 in 68 children. Over the past ten years,the diagnosis of Autism has increased 78% in the United States. Think about it, odds are someone you know is affected by Autism.

We’re proud to support Lift Up Autism alongside our partners at [TrainHeroic](http://trainheroic.com/) and would be honored for you to join us in our efforts to increase Autism awareness!

**What is it?** A global event promoting supporting awareness of Autism. Funds going toward the [Autism Tree Project Foundation](http://www.autismtreeproject.org/)

**How can you take part?** All we ask is for you to simply encourage your gym to take part in a 5-minute workout
